How we solved it
BRIM stepped in to redefine the brand from the inside out, beginning with the creation of a strong visual identity that could anchor every touchpoint. The new identity was crafted to reflect the project’s name — Good Times — evoking warmth, positivity, and a sense of belonging. To strengthen credibility and connect emotionally with potential buyers, BRIM completely redesigned the brochure using actual images from the project’s sample house. This addition not only showcased authenticity but also helped buyers visualize the lifestyle being promised.
